Fora de la ciutat, <strong>La Boscana<\/strong>, a Bellv\u00eds (Lleida), completa l\u2019escena catalana amb dues estrelles. Tots sis representen maneres singulars d\u2019entendre la cuina d\u2019autor, amb lideratges s\u00f2lids i una clara vocaci\u00f3 creativa.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Enigma, un viatge sensorial amb ADN elBulli<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El projecte m\u00e9s personal d\u2019<strong>Albert Adri\u00e0<\/strong> guanya la seva segona estrella i es consolida com un dels restaurants m\u00e9s influents de la ciutat. A <strong>Enigma<\/strong>, cada detall \u2013des del recorregut arquitect\u00f2nic fins al ritme del servei\u2013 est\u00e0 pensat per provocar emoci\u00f3 i sorpresa. El men\u00fa degustaci\u00f3, de 25 passes, evoca la mem\u00f2ria d\u2019elBulli i la transforma en una experi\u00e8ncia contempor\u00e0nia plena de teatralitat i precisi\u00f3 (Sep\u00falveda, 38-40).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Mont Bar, alta cuina vestida de tapa<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El que va comen\u00e7ar com un <strong>gastrobar<\/strong> \u00e9s avui un dels temples gastron\u00f2mics m\u00e9s s\u00f2lids de la ciutat. Amb <strong>Fran Agudo<\/strong> al capdavant, <strong>Mont Bar<\/strong> ofereix una cuina l\u00fadica i meticulosa, on la creativitat i l\u2019execuci\u00f3 van de bracet. El mochi de sobrassada i Ma\u00f3 o les espardenyes a la carbonara s\u00f3n molt m\u00e9s que plats sorprenents: s\u00f3n petites obres d\u2019enginy gastron\u00f2mic amb gust de Mediterrani. La segona estrella reconeix l\u2019excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia d\u2019un format h\u00edbrid que desafia etiquetes (Diputaci\u00f3, 220).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Aleia, creativitat contempor\u00e0nia en un escenari modernista<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ubicat a la m\u00edtica <strong>Casa Fuster<\/strong>, <strong>Aleia<\/strong> \u00e9s el resultat de la complicitat entre <strong>Paulo Airaudo<\/strong> i <strong>Rafa de Bedoya<\/strong>, que aposten per una cuina d\u2019ess\u00e8ncia contempor\u00e0nia i refinament meticul\u00f3s. El men\u00fa degustaci\u00f3, discret per\u00f2 prec\u00eds, transmet una eleg\u00e0ncia que fuig del soroll i posa el focus en el producte i l\u2019harmonia. A <strong>Kamikaze<\/strong>, el mochi catal\u00e0 amb eri\u00e7\u00f3, la gamba pandan o els esp\u00e0rrecs amb miso i maduixa mostren una personalitat h\u00edbrida, valenta i carregada d\u2019identitat. Format al restaurant <strong>Dos Palillos<\/strong>, Kuwabara conjuga l\u2019esperit <strong>kaiseki<\/strong> amb ingredients del territori i una posada en escena sense artificis. Cada plat \u00e9s explicat, escoltat i servit amb la sensibilitat d\u2019un mestre que creu en la cuina com a transmissi\u00f3 cultural. La seva estrella premia la bellesa del silenci i la precisi\u00f3 (Rector Ubach, 53).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>La Boscana, una nova estrella de Lleida<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un entorn natural que sembla dissenyat per a la contemplaci\u00f3, <strong>Joel Castany\u00e9<\/strong> articula a <strong>La Boscana<\/strong> una proposta que fusiona l\u2019escenografia vegetal amb la cuina d\u2019identitat rural. El jard\u00ed, l\u2019estany, la sala i el plat formen part d\u2019una mateixa coreografia, on el producte local i el relat familiar tenen tant pes com la t\u00e8cnica. Amb aquesta segona estrella, el restaurant de Bellv\u00eds posa el focus en el valor de la cuina de territori i emoci\u00f3 sincera (Carretera Bell-lloc d&#8217;Urgell, Bellv\u00eds).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Tamb\u00e9 hi ha espai per al talent assequible<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les estrelles, la Guia Michelin 2026 tamb\u00e9 reconeix una altra cara fonamental de l\u2019escena gastron\u00f2mica: la cuina honesta, de proximitat i amb preus continguts. En aquesta edici\u00f3, cinc restaurants catalans s\u2019incorporen a la categoria <strong>Bib Gourmand<\/strong>, una distinci\u00f3 que premia els establiments amb bona relaci\u00f3 qualitat-preu i esperit proper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Barcelona ciutat, s\u2019afegeixen <strong>Bardeni Caldeni<\/strong>, el veter\u00e0 espai carn\u00edvor del xef <strong>Dani Lechuga<\/strong>, on la brasa i el producte s\u00f3n el centre del relat (Val\u00e8ncia, 454); <strong>Glug<\/strong>, una proposta jove i espont\u00e0nia de la parella <strong>Iv\u00e1n Garc\u00eda i Beatrice Casella<\/strong>, amb cuina d\u2019inspiraci\u00f3 global i atmosfera de bistr\u00f3 contemporani (Viladomat, 289); i <strong>On\u00edric<\/strong>, un espai dirigit per <strong>Jonatan Izquierdo i Laura Humanes<\/strong> amb mirada po\u00e8tica, que aposta per una cuina creativa i vegetal, amb una carta curta per\u00f2 plena d\u2019intenci\u00f3 (Rabassa, 37).Fora de la capital, la guia incorpora <strong>Urbisol<\/strong>, el restaurant de l\u2019hotel hom\u00f2nim a <strong>Calders<\/strong>, que ofereix una cuina de muntanya moderna, arrelada i accessible, envoltada de natura (Carretera N 141 C, Calders); i <strong>L\u2019Hostal de Ca l\u2019Enric<\/strong>, una proposta acollidora i familiar que mant\u00e9 viva la tradici\u00f3 del bon menjar a la <strong>Garrotxa<\/strong>, amb plats cuinats a foc lent i molt territori (Carretera Camprod\u00f3n N 260, La Vall de Bianya).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Una cuina que pensa, emociona i projecta ciutat<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des de la teatralitat d\u2019<strong>Enigma<\/strong> fins a la introspecci\u00f3 de <strong>Scapar<\/strong>, passant per la fusi\u00f3 d\u2019identitats de <strong>Kamikaze<\/strong>, l\u2019expressi\u00f3 serena d\u2019<strong>Aleia<\/strong>, la ludificaci\u00f3 sofisticada de <strong>Mont Bar<\/strong> i la connexi\u00f3 paisatge-emoci\u00f3 de <strong>La Boscana<\/strong>, tots els restaurants reconeguts comparteixen un mateix fil conductor: <strong>una mirada personal, un discurs propi i un comprom\u00eds amb l\u2019excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia t\u00e8cnica i narrativa<\/strong>.Aquesta nova fornada d\u2019estrelles confirma que <strong>Barcelona<\/strong> no nom\u00e9s \u00e9s una ciutat amb cuines de prestigi, sin\u00f3 amb projectes que pensen, q\u00fcestionen i reinterpreten el paper de la gastronomia com a llenguatge cultural.
