They have replaced plastic straws with biodegradable and ecological straws, cling film and warehouse wrappers have been eliminated in favor of reusable sheets of waxed paper, and this year they have created the “Zero Waste Lab” initiative. ”. This is a new space to recycle the few leftovers from the bar and transform them into usable objects such as bottle openers, trays, containers, plates and coasters, ashtrays, and straw holders. Everything and anything can be created to take full advantage of all resources and reduce waste to a minimum. All this is possible thanks to the investment in the purchase of tools and machines that offer a new life to plastic and organic waste. In the future, these items may be purchased by customers, with authentic 100% ecological merchandising.
A mutant and very inspiring liquid proposal

For those who haven’t visited them yet, you should know that one of the keys to their success is that each year they immerse themselves in a different theme as a source of inspiration for their preparations. Inspired by the great advances in history, their menu is called “The Evolution”.
